Human connection happens before words—through breath, distance, rhythm, and presence. Yet, to truly meet another, we must first return to ourselves: to our own signals, sensitivity, and vital responses. This is where genuine communication begins.
In this session, we will explore how the environment shapes our presence, what happens in the body when we connect with a place, ourselves, and each other, and how to safely restore this sensitivity

Aea Space — a new cultural spot at TIMS café & padaria inside the museum in Lisbon, curated by Aea: Culture Initiative, an independent creative laboratory and community working across cultures. It serves as an open environment for exchange, shaped by the lived experiences of émigré practitioners.
Both lectures will be conducted in English.
