A Europa e África num Mundo Multipolar – A Parceria Estratégica: Continental shift? Redefining EU-Africa relations, por John Kotsopoulos e Elizabeth Sidiropoulos

The term “partnership” has been used to refer to EU-Africa relations since the Treaty of Rome in 1957, but has since changed: Africa is at its most stable and democratic since the 60’s and experiences an economic boom while the EU has increased its range of foreign policy. The present text compares the European and African perspective of this partnership, and what are the expected prospects.
