“Innovation 25” Plan in Japan, por Eiji Ogawa

The Japanese economy experienced the so-called “Lost Decade” in 1990s and thereafter, when the asset price bubble burst and the economy continued to stagnate and remained in a slump. Moreover, there was price deflation. The “Innovation 25” Plan is a long-term strategy initiative of the Japanese government for the creation of innovation to promote economic growth until 2025.
