Main Challenges of Europe-Africa Relations in the field of Human Rights, por Felipe Gómez Isa

The author identifies five key challenges in Europe-Africa relations in relation to the governance and human rights dimensions: the need for effective EU support for the process of institutionalising the African human rights protection system, the development of a broad intercultural dialogue, the need for a more coherent and consistent policy of conditionality at EU level and, finally, more in line with fundamental international human rights models with regard to EU migration policy.
