The involvement of the EU and the UN in the war in former Yugoslavia, por Christopher Cviic
The main thesis of this paper is that the non-interventionist international response to the conflict in Bosnia already comes from the earlier wars in Slovenia and Croatia. The analysis is made in the period 1991-1992 with the record of the European Union and the United Nations in former Yugoslavia. In addition to an extensive historical context, diplomatic and external relations, such as the US, with the former Yugoslavia are addressed.
